My room was functional with toiletries as well as a sofa sleeper, it accommodated me perfectly. Loved cereals and milk at breakfast. Location: the hotel was really close to the theme park for the day and Busch Gardens and restaurants areas and shopping areas...

Great overall experience here! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. The room was really nice, with a comfy sofa bed and all the toiletries you could need. Everything was kept super clean, which was awesome! 🌟

It was better than to sleep in our car
Ants, toilets blocked, room dirty. We changed of room 2 times. We eventualy gave up. I saw a list of other customers complaining about coakroaches... Avoid this hotel!!!

This was hotel from hell nothing worked first room was smoking room that smell like bar. Second room phone didn't work curtains would not close had to pin next wifi didn't work could not leave wake up call went to heat dinner in microwave this did not work room also wasn't clean will never use this hotel again was planning to use alot close to VA Hospital

The price.
The phone did not work, the room had bugs in it, the outside of my room people urinated in the corners and it smelled, the tv remote did not work and the bath-tub looked like it had never been cleaned!
